We have No Return Policy   because every item is carefully made to high standards.

However, we offer a one-time alteration if you request it. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item to us.

To maintain our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, we adhere to the following policy:

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available on select items. Please note:

  • Value: The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value than the original purchase. We do not offer exchanges for items of lesser value.

  • Timeline: You must notify us of any issues or intent to exchange within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery. The actual exchange process must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange for the same.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and the brand, we require a clear unboxing video or photographs taken while you are opening the package for the first time.

  • This proof is mandatory for us to consider an exchange.

  • If a video/photo is not provided, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.

4. How to Initiate

Please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video. Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps.

Please note- Exchange is allowed only within 3 days of delivery.
